Real Climate Impact- Green Rewards
Green Rewards is an innovative sustainability-focused used mobile app designed to encourage people to adopt eco-friendly habits while earning meaningful rewards for their positive actions. The app allows users to collect Green rewards points by participating in activities related to sustainable travel, energy conservation, recycling, carbon reduction, community involvement, responsible purchasing, and nature conservation.
Overview
We developed a dedicated mobile application for Green Rewards, an online sustainability platform designed for residents of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. The application encourages users to adopt more sustainable and environmentally friendly habits by participating in various activities, completing challenges, earning Green Points, and working towards rewards. The platform combines sustainability, community engagement, and gamification to make positive environmental actions more interactive and rewarding.
Client Problem
The client wanted to create an engaging digital platform that could encourage local residents to make more sustainable lifestyle choices and actively participate in environmental initiatives. A key challenge was making sustainability activities engaging enough to encourage regular participation while providing users with a simple way to track their progress, actions, and earned rewards.
