Cerafyna is an AI-powered web application featuring an intelligent AI assistant that delivers contextual, knowledge-based responses from curated content. The platform includes an intuitive content management system (CMS) that enables administrators to manage, update, and organize information while maintaining clear AI support boundaries and user control.
Overview
We designed and developed a modern AI-powered web application for Cerafyna, combining a responsive Next.js frontend with Strapi CMS to create a flexible, content-driven digital platform. The solution includes an intelligent AI assistant designed to provide contextual, knowledge-based responses from curated content, while giving administrators an intuitive CMS for managing and updating information. The current Cerafyna platform positions its AI experience around ethical, human-centred reflection and clearly communicates boundaries around AI support and user agency.
Client Problem:
Cerafyna needed a modern digital platform that could make its curated knowledge and content more accessible while providing users with a more interactive way to explore information. A traditional content-based website would limit user interaction and require visitors to manually search through information. The client also needed a flexible content management system that would allow administrators to update content efficiently without depending on developers for every change.
Solution:
We developed a responsive web application using Next.js and Strapi CMS, integrating an AI-powered chatbot capable of responding to user questions based on curated knowledge and content. We built custom API integrations, a flexible content management architecture, and an intuitive administrator interface for managing and updating information. The architecture enables dynamic content updates while supporting fast performance, SEO-friendly implementation, and an engaging AI-assisted user experience. Strapi is well suited to this type of architecture because it provides customizable content models and APIs that can be consumed by modern Next.js applications.
